Consent for course processing
By checking the course consent box, the student allows Inovetaa to process personal, payment, attendance, class, progress, receipt, and certificate data for enrollment, course delivery, communication, support, compliance, and dispute handling.
Attendance and exception review
The student allows Inovetaa to review attendance activity and submitted reasons when applying the 25 to 30 day inactivity rule. Holidays, legal matters, mandatory issues, medical concerns, student-side concerns, and teacher-side delays can be reviewed as exceptions.
Communication consent
The student agrees to receive course login information, receipts, class updates, attendance reminders, support messages, and important policy notices through email, phone, WhatsApp, or student portal communication where applicable.
Withdrawal and impact
A student may request correction or withdrawal of optional consent where legally allowed. Some processing is necessary for payment verification, student access, receipts, attendance, and course records, so withdrawal may limit or stop course services.
