Data we collect
For course enrollment we collect student name, email, phone number, date of birth, selected course, payment verification details, receipt records, attendance activity, class notes, doubt submissions, progress reports, certificate status, and portal activity needed for learning operations.
Why we use it
We use this data to create student access, verify payment, issue receipts, schedule classes, provide teacher support, track progress, manage attendance, handle exceptions, issue certificates, and send important course communication from Inovetaa.
Payment privacy
Card, UPI, wallet, and netbanking details are handled by the payment gateway. Inovetaa stores payment status, amount, order ID, payment ID, receipt, and method, but does not store card numbers or CVV.
Access control
Student records are intended only for the enrolled student, authorized teachers, and authorized admins. Student portal APIs use signed student sessions so another student cannot access records by changing an ID.
