Course Terms
These terms apply only to Inovetaa course enrollment, live classes, student portal access, attendance, cancellation, and rejoining.
Inovetaa gives students unlimited learning time for the enrolled course until the student properly understands the course topics, provided the student actively attends lectures, communicates honestly, and follows class tasks and portal instructions.
If a student does not attend lectures or does not communicate for 25 to 30 continuous days, Inovetaa may cancel or deactivate the course subscription. If the student wants to continue after cancellation, the student may need to pay again or follow the reactivation process decided by Inovetaa.
Valid holidays, legal requirements, medical emergencies, mandatory personal concerns, exams, teacher-side class delays, or other genuine unavoidable issues are accepted when communicated with reasonable proof or prior notice. These exceptions can pause the inactivity count after review.
Student portal access is activated only after the full verified course fee is paid through the approved payment flow. Any underpaid, failed, reversed, disputed, or unverified payment does not create valid access.
A cancelled subscription is not automatically restored. Rejoining depends on the course status, batch availability, previous attendance record, admin approval, and any required fresh payment.
